Doesn't it? I was going to try making the orange white chocolate ganache I made a few years ago for macarons, but the recipe's website has vanished, alas. So lemon it is! :D
And to your previous comment about macarons--they are very special to make at home, and while it's a ton of work, the end result is absolutely worth it.
