Sunlamps are good things. Some years I need them and some years I don't (I don't know why this happens), but they are damn fine things.
I'm glad to hear about your writing! I've been so busy packing and moving that I've barely written a word, apart from email and social media, in a long time. Now that we're moved I can take a deep breath and get back to it.
